Hello, Qwerty again. Some people may be new here, others may know me from my Final Days to Live AU. Well anyway, this is a new fanfic BECAUSE I CAN!!!
This is a crossover between Castlevania (video games, anime is too NSFW (not that I've watched it)), Mega Man (the X Series), and Undertale. It is based off of a one-person role play I once did in Kirby Gang, a Discord server. Some parts have been modified or dramatized to make it easier to understand. This is not an accurate representation of the server or the in-server role play.
Please do not edit the page except to fix a grammar mistake or correct a fact about the other series in general. Do NOT correct any of the made-up lore because it is entirely made up. I also sometimes add in emojis to give you a sense of the surroundings and situation, it certainly helps me.
All chapters are in Jade's PoV (point of view) unless stated otherwise.
So anyway, without further ado, let's get into it!

Let the Story Begin[]
Chapter 1: A Normal Day[]
It was a normal day in Blue Wing City, as far as Jade could tell. King Moore was chatting with Prince James and his servant. Nora and George were chatting about recent activity in the city, and Phoenix was just opening up her taco shack. Jade spotted Ember and Chloe lining up to get their orders; she herself decided to make an egg-and-bacon breakfast instead, with a side of coffee of course. 🍳 🥓 ☕️
As she got ready, she spotted her roommate, May, making her own breakfast, cereal. 🥣 As she watched, she poured water into it. Water, of all things. But then, there was that one time you dipped an Oreo cookie into soup right??? Jade didn't want to argue with her own brain, so she just shrugged it off and went about eating her bacon.
As soon as she was done, she got into her normal day clothes and headed out into the street. Both Jade and May needed food, and she wanted to cook linguine for dinner. Besides, it wouldn't hurt to try on some new clothes, would it?
As she walked, she spotted a pale-haired man in a splendorous, black leather jacket kneeling on the street, confused. He seemed to be new here; Jade had never seen her around this area of town before, or any area of town for that matter. Is he a vagabond? New here? Jade wondered. No, can’t be a vagabond, he’s dressed too nicely. Jade decided to ignore him and keep walking.
Pretty soon, Jade came upon the general store. As she watched, she saw some strange-looking teenagers grabbing cloth shopping bags and heading into the store. Jade followed behind them, her “Shield Mode” kicking in. As she shopped, her suspicions were confirmed, as one of them was attacked by an unknown person.
Jade rushed forward to slam the person into the shelf from behind, but another one of the odd teens got there first and saved the first person. They left the attacker behind as they rushed out of the shop. Jade, too, gave the attacker a good kick and hightailed it to a different part of the store. She wasn’t going to get involved with a police investigation, especially not when she might get arrested herself.
She finished shopping for ingredients and headed over to the clothes section to actually get clothes. She picked out some nice fall sweaters, a t-shirt with a nighttime design, and some nice jeans, a couple of which had purposely ripped knees and one of which had floral designs on the pockets. Lastly, she grabbed a necklace that she finally had enough money to buy and headed to the checkout lane.
As she walked to the nearest lane, she heard a great commotion at the front. She put her stuff on the lane, told the cashier she’d be back (and there’d be consequences for losing her stuff), and raced over to the front of the store.
There at the front was the pale-haired man she had seen earlier, arguing with the employees about… something. As she got closer, she heard more of their conversation.
“I’m telling you I need a map, I haven’t received one yet from anyone, and I don’t know where to go!” the pale-haired man was raising his voice at them.
“Sir, if you don’t know where you are you’re clearly doing something wrong,” one employee said.
“That, or you’re insane,” another shouted.
Jade noticed the pale-haired man looked nervous. His eyes – glowing and orange – widened like moons. “No, I- I don’t–”
“Sir, if you don’t leave now I’m gonna have to get the authorities involved,” the first employee said, clearly bored. “If you really wanted a map, you would have gotten one from the–”
“HEY!”
Chapter 2: Destinies Cross[]
Multiple people, including Jade, looked around to see where the shout had come from, until Jade realized that she was the one that shouted.
So she inhaled.
“GET AWAY FROM HIM!” Jade yelled, striding toward them. “Do you actually think that someone who got here this morning would know where to go right off the bat?! Do you actually think he’d know all the ins and outs already?!! NO! GET OFF OF HIM!”
The employees looked confused. “Jade, look, I know you’re a regular, but you can’t just take control like this–”
“Are. You. Sure about that?” Jade said, drawing her arm-length dagger out of her shoe.
Jade was part of the Blue Fang Mafia, a rebel group inside the city. They considered King Moore a tyrant, and were desperately trying to overthrow him. Jade herself was an older recruit, constantly training new recruits. And multiple times, she’d put her skills to good use fighting the soldiers of the city.
Then again, she’d also used them to threaten multiple shop owners and scare them into giving her – and the other members – a discount.
Which is why she’d pulled out her dagger; to threaten them into giving this man some space.
“I-I-I’m s-sorry, Jade,” the first employee said. “I won’t b-bother this man ag-again.”
“But wait, shouldn’t we still kick him out?” the first employee said.
Instantly Jade thought of the oldest trick in the Blue Fang book.
“Wait, I think I might remember this guy,” she said. “I think he might be on medication or something. I think he might need his next dose.”
This sentence earned her a stare from the guy. As in, he was almost literally staring daggers at her.
But this also convinced the store employees of her “point.”
“Uh, y-yeah, if you need to take him out, then d-do that,” the second guy said.
“Y-yeah! A-and we c-can give you a d-discount on your next purchase!” the first one said. “N-now w-we’ll just leave you on y-your way–”
“Not. So. Fast,” Jade growled.
The store employees cowered in terror.
“You will give ALL Blue Fang members a free purchase for one purchase,” Jade hissed. “To make this fair, there is only one for each member. And I would like to cash in mine.”
Jade waltzed out of the store with her bag full of items and a very annoyed newbie in tow.
Chapter 3: Alucard[]
As soon as they were out of sight of the store, the pale-haired man pulled Jade aside into an alleyway and pinned her against a wall, angry orange eyes staring into hers. “What the HELL was that?!” he hissed, almost vampirically, at her face. “I don’t need medication! I don’t even know what this ‘medication’ is. Why would you tell them–”
“It was to get you out of trouble with the authorities!” Jade hissed back. “Besides, it was the first thing that came to mind that wasn’t a killing strike. Deal with it.”
That at least got him to release her, although she wasn’t so sure about his general attitude toward her. Jade then drew her dagger again, pinned the man down, and pointed it at his throat.
“You know how I said I also knew killing blows? Well, you’re going to explain to me who you are, where you came from, and exactly what happened to land you here, in Blue Wings City, with no details omitted, telling the truth because I CAN EASILY TELL MIND YOU, or you’re going to experience them first-hand. You have ten seconds.”
This new guy… he didn’t seem to want to die quite yet, so it was no surprise he started talking immediately after the “ten seconds” part.
“My name is Alucard,” he said. “I am the dhampir son of Dracula, King of the Night. I am against his ideals. I am from Wallachia, a province in Transylvania. I’m not sure how I got here; all I know is that I was in a cave system, and suddenly, I felt like I was plucked out of the air and placed down here. You know the rest.”
“A… dhampir, you say?” Now Jade was genuinely interested in this guy. How did he get here? What were his powers? Jade’s head was full of potential questions, which she promptly pushed aside to focus on the situation at hand. “Could you come with me? I have to introduce you to someone.”
“Okay...” This new man, “Alucard”, agreed, visibly reluctant.
The duo wound through the streets of Blue Wing City, occasionally checking to see if they were still together. More than once Alucard had gotten lost or wandered off in a different direction, requiring Jade to find him again.
Finally, they arrived at an abandoned warehouse that had been built on top of ancient ruins.
“Is… this the place?” Alucard questioned.
“Yes, this is the right place, Alucard. Now let’s get moving, we shouldn’t linger outside for too long,” Jade whispered.
“I can take whatever is thrown at me,” Alucard remarked. “I have before.”
Jade rolled her eyes. “Let’s just head in.”
The old warehouse was a literal maze of boxes, some deliberately stood up in ways they weren’t supposed to be. Every wall had sharp, heavy or otherwise dangerous objects on them so that if the wall fell, the enemy would be crushed. Jade had memorized every single turn in the maze, but a single, almost invisible purple strip marked out the right path if you knew to find it. Several times they passed dead ends and clearings where Blue Fang members laid out maps, sharpened swords, and just generally acted sus.
Eventually they came upon a hole inside a dead end.
“Jade.” Alucard was obviously mad at her. “What is this place? The walls are precarious and dangerous! There are dangerous mobsters around every corner! And now this?! Are you actually insane!?! DO YOU NEED… ‘medication’!?!”
And then, swift as a viper, Jade pushed Alucard into the hole, jumping down right after him.
Chapter 4: Blue Fang Part I (Alucard POV)[]
THUMP.
Alucard landed, facefirst, in a soft bed of wet moss at the bottom of the hole. How do I always get myself into these things? he wondered to himself. He stood up slowly, dusting moss spores off of himself…
And barely had time to scramble out of the way as Jade jumped down the hole, landing effortlessly, almost catlike, with both feet.
“JADE!!!” Alucard instantly pinned the kid to the wall. “WHAT THE HELL JADE! NOW LOOK WHAT YOU’VE DONE! YOU’RE LUCKY THIS MOSS WAS THERE, OTHERWISE WE’D HAVE DIED DOWN HERE! AND LOOK, NOW WE’RE GOING TO AT SOME POINT BECAUSE WE HAVE LIMITED FOOD! YOU IMBECILE OF A COMPA–”
He never had time to finish his sentence.
What looked like a hundred soldiers carrying knives, spears and swords surrounded Alucard, pointing their weapons at him. They were all wearing strange coats with the same symbol on them. As they got closer, Alucard saw that it was a dragon’s head, white in color, with a pair of cobalt fangs in front. Instantly the name Blue Fang came to mind. Remembering that Jade was a member of the group, he dropped her.
The entire unit became less aggressive at the sight. All the members with knives circled Alucard like buzzards, while those with spears just stood like guardian statues. They looked like they had been trained to do just what they were doing now: all of them moving as one.
Jade was up in an instant. The two members with swords ran over to her to make sure she was alright. She waved them off, instantly seeming cooler, calmer and looking like she owned the place. This was the Jade that Alucard wished he had seen from the very beginning: the real Jade, not the Jade that shopped for clothes and stood up for random strangers.
She must have sensed his thoughts somehow, because she then said, “Don’t worry. This is only the other side of my coin. This is a façade, kind of. Think nothing of it.” She turned around, about to head into a deeper cave that Alucard hadn’t noticed yet; it was likely where the Blue Fang soldiers had come from, when he thought about it.
“Come along, Blue Fang. We have things to do in the Ruined Caverns,” Jade said, waving for the other members to follow her. Two of the spear-wielding members got in the middle, and one of them – a broad-shouldered male – stuck a syringe into Alucard’s arm, hitting one of his veins perfectly. It felt like liquid fire, and when the feeling passed, he felt weak and defenseless. As they pulled Alucard up to head deeper, he realized he had no choice but to follow.
Alucard decided to take this time to assess his surroundings. The tunnels were actually carved out of the rock, with stretches of diorite bricks along the wall at some points. Occasionally they came upon smoothed down stairs, with newer ramps along the sides, presumably for a cart to be pushed down. The occasional torch would flicker in the darkness, but the cobalt lanterns carried by the Blue Fang soldiers were bright enough to not need them.
Speaking of… there were only around twenty to thirty members in the tunnel, not including Jade. But even here, they seemed like a lot, just because of the size of the passageway. Besides, they all had armor, and there was that syringe…
As they walked, one of the Blue Fang members - one of the spear-wielders in the back who was guarding Alucard - spoke to him. “Hey,” she said. “I’m May, but the other members call me Jagged. What’s your name?”
Alucard said nothing.
“Come on man, at least have some manners!” Jagged said. “I mean, I put water in my cereal, but I at least have manners when I’m eating that unholy amalgamation!”
Alucard gave a small start. “Unholy– what?” He was confused, not only because she was talking about something called “cereal,” but also because she had called a cereal-water mix “unholy.” Was there something he just wasn’t getting?
“Oh, you don’t get it.” May seemed to be thinking of an explanation. “See, most of us here in Blue Wing City aren’t too religious. So nowadays, we just use the term ‘unholy’ to mean something that isn’t widely accepted as ‘normal’. That includes water in cereal.”
“OI, JAGGED! STOP ASSOCIATING WITH THE PRISONER!” one of the male guards up front screamed with a British accent.
“Shut up, Terra!” Jagged screamed back. “At least I’m not a double agent turned triple agent!”
Instantly all of the soldiers were arguing and screaming insults at each other. All the noise echoed down the cavern, rebounding against the walls and making it seem like there were ten times more people than were really there.
After a while, it started to get to Alucard’s head. His ears were ringing, and occasionally he just felt like screaming for them to stop. The strange serum that was in the syringe wasn’t helping, either. In fact, it just made it ten times worse, and at times he felt like throwing up and curling up into a ball.
He wasn’t sure how long the Blue Fang was arguing, but then he heard a familiar scream.
“HEY! BLUE FANG! SHUT UP ALREADY!!! OR HAVE YOU ALREADY FORGOTTEN THAT WE STUCK THAT SERUM INTO THE PRISONER!?! BECAUSE YOU BETTER NOT HAVE, BECAUSE IF YOU DID, I’LL MAKE SURE YOU’LL NEVER SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY AGAIN!!! HAVE I MADE MYSELF CLEAR?!”
It seemed that she had, very much so, made herself clear; as soon as she started yelling at the Blue Fang battalion, they started quieting down, and eventually their arguments became hurried, angry mutterings.
“Now that I have your attention, can Jagged and Daze bring the prisoner up to the front with me?” Jade said it in a way that made Alucard think she wasn’t asking. The others seemed to think so, too; as soon as her sentence was finished, his guards moved through the crowd up to where Jade was.
“Jagged, you can stay. Daze, go back to where you were.” The male guard nodded and disappeared into the crowd once more.
Chapter 5: The Cobalt Caverns[]
As they walked, Jade took her time to check on Alucard every so often; he looked weaker, more tired and less stable than he had been on the surface, but those were the normal effects of Cobalt Poison, and it only took May/Jagged to keep him upright.
There were multiple types of poison in the Blue Fang arsenal: Cobalt, Midnight, Navy and Sky were the most well-known types. Cobalt made the target noticeably weaker, and in larger doses could sedate the target; Midnight was an automatic sedative that could kill in larger doses; Navy was a paralyzing toxin that allowed the target to blink, cry and the like, and in larger doses could freeze them for longer; and Sky was a burning kind of acidic substance, although no matter how much you put, it only really burned like, say, wasp venom would unless you shot it into a wound. Then it would really sting.
After only a few minutes of walking, they came upon the entrance to the Blue Fang base. It was marked by a black marble archway, beautifully carved and decorated with crystals in varying shades of blue. The symbol of a dragon’s face was carved into the top, with varying shades of fang colors: sky blue, then cobalt blue, then navy blue, then midnight blue, representing the four main groups and poisons of the Blue Fang.
First, there was the Sky Battalion. These were the hotheads, who liked to rush headfirst into every battle. They were young and brash, and didn’t listen to orders. They were generally sent as shock troops into the battlefield.
Second, there was the Cobalt Battalion. These were the more pacifistic soldiers, who wanted King Moore dead and King Moore alone. They believed that everyone else had been brainwashed into serving him, and so the Cobalt Battalion used more pacifistic methods such as threats and spy missions to get their jobs done.
Then there was the Navy Battalion. They were the group of spies and assassins that used stealth and secrets to their advantage. They listened to no one except their superiors in Blue Fang, and could generally be found paralyzing targets before the final blow to deaden the pain.
And last but not least, the Midnight Battalion. These were the tanks and the soldiers, the people who had initially formed Blue Fang. They were angry at everyone and didn’t care who got in their way, because they were always dead. They were the OG peeps in the gang, but they were now far outnumbered by the Cobalt and Navy Battalions. Jade herself was in the Cobalt Battalion, and her entire battalion was guarding Alucard now.
Speaking of… No, wait, he didn’t look so good. In fact, he looked ill. He looked tired and sick, almost like he was going to throw up at any moment. While weakened senses was normal, this level of illness was nowhere close to what the effects were supposed to be like. It almost looked like he wouldn’t be able to remain standing up without Jagged holding him up.
“DAZE!” Jade shouted into the crowd. “GET OVER HERE NOW!”
Daze came hurrying up to her instantly. “Yes, Wyvern?” Wyvern was Jade’s code name in Blue Fang.
“D a z e .” The glare she sent at him was enough to poison a thousand elephants. “What was in that s y r i n g e ?”
“I-I’m sorry!” Daze stammered nervously. “I-I just used the norm-mal Cobalt P-poison!”
“Then WHO GAVE YOU THAT BOTTLE!?!” Jade roared, true to her code name.
“I-I don’t know! It was either Biomaze or Starwatcher!” Biomaze was a scientist that specialized in making serums and, of course, the Blue Fang’s famous color-coded “poisons.” Starwatcher was Biomaze’s apprentice and specialized in astronomy and chemicals.
“Then when we get inside, you’re going to bring both of them to me,” Jade growled. “And JAGGED!”
May stood up straighter than ever, still holding on to Alucard like her life depended on it. (Because let’s be honest here, it did.)
“Jagged, you are to immediately take this man to the hospital wing. I don’t know what was in that syringe, but it wasn’t normal. I’ve never seen these effects before, and trust me, I’ve seen every effect there could possibly be.”
Alucard looked up to meet Jade’s gaze. “Jade,” he slurred, eyes looking bleary. “Can you stop shouting? What’s going on...” He slumped over, unconscious.
Instantly Jade blurred into action, slamming open the door to the main compound ruins. “WELL?! WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!?! GET HIM INSIDE RIGHT NOW!!!” Jade’s roar of fury dwarfed any sound that had ever been made in the caverns, or anywhere else for that matter. And it certainly worked: Several soldiers leaped on top of Daze and Terra, who were the most likely suspects as of right then; several more streamed inside the compound to arrest Biomaze and Starwatcher; still others grabbed Alucard and led him inside. The only few that hadn’t jumped to arrest someone or help Alucard stayed behind, which included May, grouped up in a half-circle behind Jade as she walked inside.
The door led into the central clearing, which had rubble for cover around the edge. The stones below were quartz and marble and diorite, speckled all around with glowing blue crystals. In the center was a still-functioning fountain, somehow still going after all this time. This was the ruins of the original Blue Wing City, which was now being used as the base of operations for Blue Fang.
In one corner was the Main Infirmary, in another the Prison, and in a third the Lab – and all three, along with the square itself, were swarming with activity.
All four suspects – Starwatcher, Biomaze, Terra and Daze were being held upright by Blue Fang guards. Daze was nervous, Terra and Starwatcher were confused, and Biomaze was just angry. All four were cuffed and chained. Multiple people, such as their leader Blue and the four generals (Sky, Cobalt, Navy and Midnight) were gathering to see what was going on.
Jade ran up to them.
“Blue, sir!” She saluted the leader of Blue Fang.
Blue saluted her back. “Wyvern.” Then they paused (Blue had no gender). “Wait. Weren’t you on the surface?”
Jade nodded. “Yes I was, sir, but I found this man who seemed to appear out of nowhere. I decided to bring him in for a little bit of questioning. What happened was, there was something in the syringe that Daze used. We suspect either him, Biomaze or Starwatcher, as they, as of right now, are the only ones known to touch the serum. I’m not entirely sure why they grabbed Terra, although I suspect it’s because of his former ties to King Moore.”
“Ah, I see.” Blue seemed a little more understanding. “In that case, we will hold a trial. Cobalt, have the medical staff see to treating this other man’s ailment.” They turned back to Jade. “Where is he, again?”
“He’s in the infirmary, I think.”
“Thank you.” Blue strode off to join the guards.
